Hadith text

Narrated Anas bin Malik:Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) started a journey before noon, he used to delay the Zuhr prayer till the time of `Asr and then offer them together; and if the sun declined (at noon) he used to offer the Zuhr prayer and then ride (for the journey)

Anas bin Malik (رضی اللہ عنہ) bataate hain: Jab bhi Nabi dopahar se pehle safar shuru karte, Zuhr ki namaz Asr ke waqt tak taal dete aur donon ek saath padhte; aur agar suraj dhal chuka hota (dopahar ho chuki hoti), Zuhr padh kar (safar ke liye) sawar hote.
