Hadith text

Narrated Anas:The Prophet (ﷺ) saw an old man walking, supported by his two sons, and asked about him. The people informed him that he had vowed to go on foot (to the Ka`ba). He said, "Allah is not in need of this old man's torturing himself," and ordered him to ride

Anas (رضی اللہ عنہ) bataate hain: Nabi ne ek budhe shaks ko chalte dekha, apne do beto ka sahara lete huye, aur unke baare mein pucha. Logon ne bataya ke unhone paidal (Ka'ba tak) jaane ki mannat maani thi. Aap ne kaha: "Allah ko is budhe shaks ke khud ko takleef dene ki zaroorat nahi," aur unhe sawari par jaane ka hukum diya.
