Hadith text
Narrated Abu Huraira:Two fasts and two kinds of sale are forbidden: fasting on the day of `Id ul Fitr and `Id-ul-Adha and the kinds of sale called Mulamasa and Munabadha. (These two kinds of sale used to be practiced in the days of Pre-Islamic period of ignorance; Mulamasa means when you touch something displayed for sale you have to buy it; Munabadha means when the seller throws something to you, you have to buy it)
Abu Huraira (رضی اللہ عنہ) bataate hain: Do roze aur do qisam ki bikri mana hai: Eid-ul-Fitr aur Eid-ul-Adha ke din roza rakhna, aur Mulamasa aur Munabadha naam ki bikri. (Yeh do qisam ki bikri jahiliyat ke zamane mein hoti thi; Mulamasa ka matlab hai jab tum kisi bikri ke liye rakhi cheez ko chhuo, tumhe use khareedna padta; Munabadha ka matlab hai jab bechne wala tumhari taraf koi cheez phenke, tumhe use khareedna padta.)
