Book 34: Sales and Trade · Hadith 92
Hadith text
Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the selling of things by a town dweller on behalf of a desert dweller; and similarly Najsh was forbidden. And one should not urge somebody to return the goods to the seller so as to sell him his own goods; nor should one demand the hand of a girl who has already been engaged to someone else; and a woman should not try to cause some other woman to be divorced in order to take her place
Abu Huraira (رضی اللہ عنہ) bataate hain: Allah ke Rasool ne shehar ke rehne wale ko dehati (Bedouin) ke liye cheez bechne se mana kiya; aur isi tarah Najsh (dikhaawe ki bikri, jisme kimat badhane ke liye jhoothi tez bolI lagaaee jaati hai) se bhi mana kiya. Aur kisi ko yeh nahi kehna chahiye ke woh cheez bechne wale ko wapas kare taake woh apni cheez bech sake; na kisi ladki ka rishta maangna chahiye jiski shaadi kisi doosre se pehle se tay ho chuki ho; aur na kisi aurat ko doosri aurat se talaq lene par uksana chahiye taake woh uski jagah le sake.
