Hadith text
Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Do not go forward to meet the caravan (to buy from it on the way before it reaches the town). And do not urge buyers to cancel their purchases to sell them (your own goods) yourselves, and do not practice Najsh. A town dweller should not sell the goods for the desert dweller. Do not leave sheep unmilked for a long time, when they are on sale, and whoever buys such an animal has the option of returning it, after milking it, along with a Sa of dates or keeping it. it has been kept unmilked for a long period by the seller (to deceive others)
Abu Huraira (رضی اللہ عنہ) bataate hain: Allah ke Rasool ne farmaya: "Qafile se milne ke liye aage mat jaao (taake usse shehar pahunchne se pehle raaste mein khareed lo). Aur khareedaaaron ko unki khareedari radd karne ke liye mat uksao taake tum unhe apna maal bech sako, aur Najsh mat karo. Ek shehar ka rehne wala dehati ke liye maal na beche. bhedon ko lambi der tak bina doodh nikale mat rakho jab woh bikri ke liye hon, aur jo bhi aisa janwar khareedta hai, use doodh nikaalne ke baad ise wapas karne ya rakhne ka ikhtiyaar hai ek Sa khajoor ke saath. Isse bechne wale ne (doosron ko dhoka dene ke liye) lambi der tak doodh nahi nikala hoga."
