Book 45: Lost Things Picked up by Someone (Luqatah) · Hadith 10
Hadith text
Narrated Ibn `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "An animal should not be milked without the permission of its owner. Does any of you like that somebody comes to his store and breaks his container and takes away his food? The udders of the animals are the stores of their owners where their provision is kept, so nobody should milk the animals of somebody else, without the permission of its owner
Ibn Umar (رضی اللہ عنہما) bataate hain: Allah ke Rasool ne farmaya: "Kisi janwar ka doodh uske maalik ki ijazat ke bina na nikala jaaye. Kya tum mein se koi pasand karega ke koi uske godaam mein aaye, uska bartan tode aur uska khana le jaaye? Janwaron ke than unke maalikon ke godaam hain jahan unka khaana rakha hota hai, isliye kisi ko bhi doosre ke janwar ka doodh uske maalik ki ijazat ke bina nahi nikaalna chahiye."
