Hadith text

Narrated Muhammad bin Al-Muntathir:on the authority of his father that he had asked `Aisha (about the Hadith of Ibn `Umar). She said, "May Allah be Merciful to Abu `Abdur-Rahman. I used to put scent on Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and he used to go round his wives, and in the morning he assumed the Ihram, and the fragrance of scent was still coming out from his body

Muhammad bin Al-Muntathir bataate hain, apne waalid ke hawale se ke unhone Ayesha se (Ibn Umar ki hadith ke baare mein) pucha. Unhone kaha: "Allah Abu Abdur-Rahman (Ibn Umar) par reham kare. Main Allah ke Rasool ko khushbu lagati thi, phir woh apni biwiyon ke paas jaate, aur subah Ihram baandh lete jabke khushbu ki mehak abhi bhi unke badan se aa rahi hoti."
