Hadith text

Narrated `Aisha:The Prophet (ﷺ) heard a man (reciting Qur'an) in the Mosque, and he said, "May Allah bestow His Mercy upon him. No doubt, he made me remember such-and such Verses of such-and-such Sura which I dropped (from my memory). Narrated Aisha: The Prophet (ﷺ) performed the Tahajjud prayer in my house, and then he heard the voice of `Abbad who was praying in the Mosque, and said, "O `Aisha! Is this `Abbad's voice?" I said, "Yes." He said, "O Allah! Be merciful to `Abbad

Ayesha (رضی اللہ عنہا) bataati hain: Nabi ne masjid mein ek shaks ko (Quran padhte) suna aur kaha: "Allah uspar reham kare. Beshak, usne mujhe woh ayaten yaad dilaee jo main bhool gaya tha." Ayesha bataati hain: Nabi ne mere ghar mein Tahajjud ki namaz padhi, phir masjid mein namaz padhte Abbad ki aawaaz suni, aur kaha: "Aye Ayesha! Kya yeh Abbad ki aawaaz hai?" Maine haan mein jawab diya. Unhone kaha: "Aye Allah! Abbad par reham kar."
