Book 57: One-fifth of Booty to the Cause of Allah (Khumus) · Hadith 27
Hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الأَسْوَدِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ ـ وَاسْمُهُ نُعْمَانُ ـ عَنْ خَوْلَةَ الأَنْصَارِيَّةِ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " إِنَّ رِجَالاً يَتَخَوَّضُونَ فِي مَالِ اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ، فَلَهُمُ النَّارُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ".
Narrated Khaula Al-Ansariya:I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "Some people spend Allah's Wealth (i.e. Muslim's wealth) in an unjust manner; such people will be put in the (Hell) Fire on the Day of Resurrection
Khaula Al-Ansariya bataate hain: Maine Allah ke Rasool ko kehte suna, "Kuch log Allah ki daulat (yaani Musalmanon ki daulat) na-insaafi se kharch karte hain; aise log Qiyamat ke din (Dozakh ki) aag mein daale jaayenge."
