حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي الأَسْوَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَقُولُ كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يَجْعَلُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم النَّخَلاَتِ حَتَّى افْتَتَحَ قُرَيْظَةَ وَالنَّضِيرَ، فَكَانَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ يَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ.
Narrated Anas bin Malik:People used to give some of their datepalms to the Prophet (as a gift), till he conquered Bani Quraiza and Bani An-Nadir, whereupon he started returning their favors
Anas bin Malik bataate hain: Log Nabi ko apni khajoor ke darakhton mein se kuch (tohfe ke tor par) dete the, jab tak unhone Bani Quraiza aur Bani An-Nadir ko fatah kiya, jiske baad unhone unka ehsaan wapas karna shuru kiya.
