حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حُصَيْنُ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمًا قَالَ " عُرِضَتْ عَلَىَّ الأُمَمُ، وَرَأَيْتُ سَوَادًا كَثِيرًا سَدَّ الأُفُقَ فَقِيلَ هَذَا مُوسَى فِي قَوْمِهِ ".
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:The Prophet (ﷺ) once came to us and said, "All the nations were displayed in front of me, and I saw a large multitude of people covering the horizon. Somebody said, 'This is Moses and his followers
Ibn Abbas bataate hain: Ek baar Nabi humare paas aaye aur kaha, "Sab qaumen mere saamne pesh ki gaee, aur maine logon ki ek badi bheed dekhi jo poora kshitij dhak rahi thi. Kisi ne kaha, 'Yeh Musa aur unke pairokaar hain.'"
