Hadith text

Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "A man bought a piece of land from another man, and the buyer found an earthenware jar filled with gold in the land. The buyer said to the seller. 'Take your gold, as I have bought only the land from you, but I have not bought the gold from you.' The (former) owner of the land said, "I have sold you the land with everything in it.' So both of them took their case before a man who asked, 'Do you have children?' One of them said, "I have a boy.' The other said, "I have a girl.' The man said, 'Marry the girl to the boy and spend the money on both of them and give the rest of it in charity

Abu Huraira bataate hain: Allah ke Rasool ne kaha, "Ek shaks ne doosre se zameen ka ek tukda khareeda, aur khareedar ko us zameen mein sona bhara ek matka mila. Khareedar ne bechne wale se kaha, 'Apna sona lo, kyunke maine tumse sirf zameen khareedi thi, sona nahi khareeda.' Zameen ke (pahle) maalik ne kaha, 'Maine tumhe zameen uske andar ki har cheez samet bech di hai.' Isliye donon apna maamla ek shaks ke saamne le gaye jisne pucha, 'Kya tumhare koi bachche hain?' Unme se ek ne kaha, 'Mera ek ladka hai.' Doosre ne kaha, 'Meri ek ladki hai.' Us shaks ne kaha, 'Ladki ki shaadi ladke se kar do aur sona un donon par kharch karo, aur baaki charitable kaamon mein dan karo.'"
