Hadith text
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) neither talked in an insulting manner nor did he ever speak evil intentionally. He used to say, "The most beloved to me amongst you is the one who has the best character and manners." He added, " Learn the Qur'an from (any of these) four persons. `Abdullah bin Mas`ud, Salim the freed slave of Abu Hudhaifa, Ubai bin Ka`b, and Mu`adh bin Jabal
Abdullah bin Amr bataate hain: Allah ke Rasool na to apmaanjanak tarike se baat karte the na hi jaanboojhkar buri baat kahte the. Woh kaha karte the, "Tum mein mujhe sabse zyada pyara woh hai jinke adab aur charitra sabse behtar hain." Unhone joda, "Quran chaar logon mein se (kisi ek se) sikho: Abdullah bin Mas'ud, Salim (Abu Hudhaifa ke azaad kiye gulaam), Ubai bin Ka'b, aur Mu'adh bin Jabal."
