Hadith text
Narrated `Abdullah bin Abi `Aufa:(Who was one of those who had given the Pledge of allegiance to the Prophet (ﷺ) beneath the Tree) When the people brought Sadaqa (i.e. Zakat) to the Prophet (ﷺ) he used to say, "O Allah! Bless them with your Mercy." Once my father came with his Sadaqa to him whereupon he (i.e. the Prophet) said. "O Allah! Bless the family of Abu `Aufa
Abdullah bin Abi Aufa bataate hain (jo un logon mein se the jinhone darakht ke neeche Nabi ko bai'at di thi): Jab log Nabi ke paas Sadaqa (yaani Zakat) laate, woh kahte, "Aye Allah! Inhe apni Rehmat se barkat de." Ek baar mere waalid apni Sadaqa lekar unke paas aaye, ispar unhone (yaani Nabi ne) kaha, "Aye Allah! Abu Aufa ke pariwara ko barkat de."
