Hadith text
Narrated Anas:The Prophet (ﷺ) offered the Fajr Prayer near Khaibar when it was still dark and then said, "Allahu-Akbar! Khaibar is destroyed, for whenever we approach a (hostile) nation (to fight), then evil will be the morning for those who have been warned." Then the inhabitants of Khaibar came out running on the roads. The Prophet (ﷺ) had their warriors killed, their offspring and women taken as captives. Safiya was amongst the captives, She first came in the share of Dihya Al-Kalbi but later on she belonged to the Prophet . The Prophet (ﷺ) made her manumission as her 'Mahr
Anas bataate hain: Nabi ne Fajr ki namaz Khaibar ke qareeb padhi jab abhi andhera tha aur phir kaha, "Allahu-Akbar! Khaibar barbaad hua, kyunke jab bhi hum kisi (dushman) qaum ke qareeb aate hain (jung ke liye), jinke saamne chetaavni di gaee thi unki subah bahut buri hoti hai." Phir Khaibar ke log raston par daudte hue bahar aaye. Nabi ne unke yoddhaon ko qatl karwaya aur unki santanon aur aurton ko qaidi banaya. Safiya un qaidiyon mein se thi. Woh pahle Dihya Al-Kalbi ke hisse mein aee, magar baad mein woh Nabi ki ho gaee. Nabi ne unki azaadi hi ko unka Mahr banaya.
