Hadith text

Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ash`ari:I came to the Prophet (ﷺ) at a place called Al-Batha'. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Did you assume the Ihram for Hajj?" I said, "Yes," He said, "How did you express your intention (for performing Hajj)? " I said, "Labbaik (i.e. I am ready) to assume the Ihram with the same intention as that of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)." The Prophet said, "Perform the Tawaf around the Ka`ba and between Safa and Marwa, and then finish your Ihram." So I performed the Tawaf around the Ka`ba and between Safa and Marwa and then I came to a woman from the tribe of Qais who removed the lice from my head

Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari bataate hain: Main Nabi ke paas Al-Batha naam ki jagah par aaya. Nabi ne pucha, "Kya aapne Hajj ke liye Ihram dhaaran kiya hai?" Maine kaha, "Haan," Unhone kaha, "Aapne apni niyyat kaise zaahir ki (Hajj karne ke liye)?" Maine kaha, "Labbaik (yaani main taiyaar hoon) Ihram dhaaran karne ke liye Allah ke Rasool jaisi hi niyyat se." Nabi ne kaha, "Ka'ba ke gird Tawaf aur Safa aur Marwa ke beech (Sai) kariye, aur phir apna Ihram khatm kariye." Isliye maine Ka'ba ke gird aur Safa aur Marwa ke beech Tawaf kiya aur phir main Qais qabile ki ek aurat ke paas gaya jinhone mere sar se joonen nikali.
