Hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ، عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، يَقُولُ أَذْكُرُ أَنِّي خَرَجْتُ مَعَ الْغِلْمَانِ إِلَى ثَنِيَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ نَتَلَقَّى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم. وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً مَعَ الصِّبْيَانِ.
Narrated As-Sa'ib bin Yazid:I remember that I went out with the boys to (the place called) Thaniyat-ul-Wada` to receive Allah's Apostle
As-Sa'ib bin Yazid bataate hain: Mujhe yaad hai main aur baaki bachche Thaniyat-ul-Wada nikle Allah ke Rasool ka swagat karne ke liye.
