Hadith text

Narrated `Aisha:The Prophet (ﷺ) called Fatima during his fatal illness and told her something secretly and she wept. Then he called her again and told her something secretly, and she started laughing. When we asked her about that, she said, "The Prophet (ﷺ) first told me secretly that he would expire in that disease in which he died, so I wept; then he told me secretly that I would be the first of his family to follow him, so I laughed ( at that time)

Aisha bataati hain: Nabi (SAW) ne apni aakhri bimari mein Fatima ko bulaya aur unse kuch chupke se kaha, jispar wo ro padi. Phir unhone dobara bulaya aur kuch aur chupke se kaha, jispar wo hansne lagi. Jab humne unse iski wajah poochi, to unhone bataya, 'Nabi (SAW) ne pehle mujhe chupke se bataya ke wo isi bimari mein wafat pa jaayenge, is liye main ro padi; phir unhone bataya ke unke gharwalon mein sabse pehle main unse (jaakar) milungi, is liye main has padi.'
