Hadith text
Aisha and `Abdullah bin `Abbas said, "When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) became ill seriously, he started covering his face with his woolen sheet, and when he felt short of breath, he removed it from his face and said, 'That is so! Allah's curse be on the Jews and the Christians, as they took the graves of their prophets as (places of worship),' intending to warn (the Muslims) of what they had done
Aisha aur Abdullah bin Abbas bataate hain: 'Jab Allah ke Rasool (SAW) sakht bimar hue, to wo apna chehra apni oon ki chaadar se dhakne lage, aur jab unhe saans lene mein dikkat hoti to chaadar hata dete aur farmate, "Aisa hi hai! Yahudiyon aur Nasaara par Allah ki laanat ho, unhone apne Nabiyon ki qabron ko ibaadat-gaah bana liya tha," (Musalmanon ko) usi cheez se khabardaar karte hue jo unhone (Yahud-o-Nasaara ne) ki thi.'
