Hadith text
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:'Allah is Sufficient for us and He Is the Best Disposer of affairs," was said by Abraham when he was thrown into the fire; and it was said by Muhammad when they (i.e. hypocrites) said, "A great army is gathering against you, therefore, fear them," but it only increased their faith and they said: "Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer (of affairs, for us)
Ibn Abbas bataate hain: 'Hamare liye Allah kaafi hai aur wo behtareen kaarsaaz hai' - ye alfaaz Ibrahim (Alaihissalam) ne kahe the jab unhe aag mein daala gaya tha; aur yahi alfaaz Muhammad (SAW) ne kahe jab (munaafiqon) ne kaha, 'Tumhare khilaaf ek bada lashkar jama ho raha hai, isliye unse daro,' magar isse unka Iman aur badh gaya aur unhone kaha, 'Hamare liye Allah kaafi hai aur wo behtareen kaarsaaz hai.'
