Hadith text
Narrated Abu Bakr:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Time has come back to its original state which it had when Allah created the Heavens and the Earth; the year is twelve months, four of which are sacred. Three of them are in succession; Dhul-Qa'da, Dhul-Hijja and Al-Muharram, and (the fourth being) Rajab Mudar (named after the tribe of Mudar as they used to respect this month) which stands between Jumad (ath-thani) and Sha'ban
Abu Bakr bataate hain: Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya, 'Waqt apni asal soorat par wapas aa gaya hai, jaisa Allah ne aasmaanon aur zameen ko banaate waqt banaaya tha - saal barah mahine ka hota hai, jinmein se chaar mahine izzat waale hain. Teen musalsal hain: Zul-Qa'da, Zul-Hijja aur Al-Muharram, aur (chautha) Rajab Mudar (Qabeela Mudar ke naam par, kyunke wo is mahine ki bahut izzat karte the), jo Jumaad-us-Saani aur Shabaan ke beech aata hai.'
