Narrated Ibn Masud:A man kissed a woman and then came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and told him of that, so this Divine Inspiration was revealed to the Prophet (ﷺ) 'And offer Prayers perfectly at the two ends of the day, and in some hours of the night; (i.e. (five) compulsory prayers). Verily, the good deeds remove the evil deeds (small sins) That is a reminder for the mindful.' (11.114) The man said, Is this instruction for me only?' The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "It is for all those of my followers who encounter a similar situation
Ibn Masud bataate hain: Ek shaks ne (kisi) aurat ko chooma, phir Allah ke Rasool (SAW) ke paas aaya aur unhein ye baat bataayi. Isper Nabi (SAW) par ye wahi naazil hui: 'Aur namaz qaayam karo din ke dono siron par aur raat ke kuch hisson mein; (yaani paanch farz namazein). Beshak neki (achhe kaam) buraaiyon (chhote gunaahon) ko mita deti hai. Ye naseehat karne walon ke liye ek yaad-dahaani hai.' (11:114) Us shaks ne pucha, 'Kya ye hukm sirf mere liye hai?' Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya, 'Ye meri ummat mein us har shaks ke liye hai jo aisi hi soorat-e-haal mein padh jaaye.'
