Hadith text
Narrated Mus`ab:I asked my father, "Was the Verse:-- 'Say: (O Muhammad) Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of their deeds?'(18.103) revealed regarding Al-Haruriyya?" He said, "No, but regarding the Jews and the Christians, for the Jews disbelieved Muhammad and the Christians disbelieved in Paradise and say that there are neither meals nor drinks therein. Al- Hururiyya are those people who break their pledge to Allah after they have confirmed that they will fulfill it, and Sa`d used to call them 'Al-Fasiqin (evildoers who forsake Allah's obedience)
Mus'ab bataate hain: Maine apne waalid se pucha, 'Kya ye Aayat, "Kaho (Aye Muhammad): Kya hum tumhein bataayein ke apne amaal ke lihaaz se sabse bada nuqsaan uthaane wale kaun hain?" (18:103), Al-Haruriya (Khawaarij) ke baare mein naazil hui thi?' Unhone kaha, 'Nahi, balke ye Yahudiyon aur Isaaiyon ke baare mein hai, kyunke Yahudiyon ne Muhammad (SAW) ka inkaar kiya, aur Isaaiyon ne Jannat ka inkaar kiya aur kehte hain ke usme na khaana hai na peene ki cheez. Al-Haruriya wo log hain jo Allah se kiya hua apna ahad todte hain, us baat ki tasdeeq karne ke baad ke wo usse poora karenge, aur Sa'd inhein "Al-Fasiqeen" (Allah ki farmaabardaari chhodne wale gunaahgaar) kaha karte the.'
