Hadith text
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:That he was asked (regarding): "Except to be kind to me for my Kinship with you.' (42.23) Sa`id bin Zubair (who was present then) said, "It means here (to show what is due for) the relatives of Muhammad." On that Ibn `Abbas said: you have hurried in giving the answer! There was no branch of the tribe of Quraish but the Prophet (ﷺ) had relatives therein. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I do not want anything from (you ) except to be Kind to me for my Kinship with you
Ibn Abbas se is Aayat ke baare mein pucha gaya: '...siwaaye ye ke mere rishte ki wajah se mujhse mohabbat rakho' (42:23). Saeed bin Zubair (jo us waqt maujood the) ne kaha, 'Iska matlab hai Muhammad (SAW) ke rishtedaaron ke haq ka khayaal rakhna.' Isper Ibn Abbas ne kaha, 'Tumne jawab dene mein jaldi ki! Quraish ka koi khaandaan aisa nahi tha jismein Nabi (SAW) ke rishtedaar na hon. Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya, "Main tumse kuch nahi chahta siwaaye ye ke tum mere rishte ki wajah se mujhse mohabbat rakho."'
