Hadith text
Narrated `Aisha:I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Suppose you landed in a valley where there is a tree of which something has been eaten and then you found trees of which nothing has been eaten, of which tree would you let your camel graze?" He said, "(I will let my camel graze) of the one of which nothing has been eaten before." (The sub-narrator added: `Aisha meant that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had not married a virgin besides herself
Aisha bataati hain: Maine kaha, 'Aye Allah ke Rasool! Agar aap ek wadi mein utrein jahaan ek darakht ka phal khaaya jaa chuka ho, aur phir aapko aise darakht milein jinka phal na khaaya gaya ho, to aap apne oont ko kaunse darakht se charne denge?' Unhone kaha, '(Main apne oont ko us) darakht (se charne dunga) jiska phal pehle kisi ne na khaaya ho.' (Ravi ne kaha: Aisha ka matlab ye tha ke Allah ke Rasool (SAW) ne unke siwa kisi kunwaari se nikaah nahi kiya tha.)
