Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:We were with the Prophet (ﷺ) in Ghazwa, and when we returned and approached Medina, I wanted to hurry while riding a slow camel. A rider overtook me and pricked my camel with a spear which he had, whereupon my camel started running as fast as any other fast camel you may see. I looked back, and behold, the rider was Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) . I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I am newly married " He asked, "Have you got married?" I replied, "Yes." He said, "A virgin or a matron?" I replied, "(Not a virgin) but a matron" He said, "Why didn't you marry a young girl so that you could play with her and she with you?" When we reached (near Medina) and were going to enter it, the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Wait till you enter your home early in the night so that the lady whose hair is unkempt may comb her hair and that the lady whose husband has been away may shave her pubic hair

Jabir bin Abdullah bataate hain: Hum Nabi (SAW) ke saath ek Ghazwe mein the, aur jab hum wapas aa rahe the aur Madina ke qareeb pahunche, main jaldi karna chahta tha jabke main ek sust oont par sawaar tha. Ek sawaar ne mujhe pakad liya aur apne bhaale se mera oont chubho diya, jispar mera oont kisi bhi tez oont jitni raftaar se daudne laga. Maine peeche mudkar dekha, to wo Allah ke Rasool (SAW) the. Maine kaha, 'Aye Allah ke Rasool! Meri nayi shaadi hui hai.' Unhone pucha, 'Kya tumhaari shaadi ho chuki hai?' Maine jawab diya, 'Haan.' Unhone pucha, 'Kunwaari se ya biwaa se?' Maine jawab diya, '(Kunwaari nahi) biwaa se.' Unhone kaha, 'Kisi jawaan ladki se kyun nahi ki, taake tum uske saath aur wo tumhaare saath khel sakti?' Jab hum (Madina ke qareeb) pahunche aur daakhil hone hi wale the, Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya, 'Intezaar karo yahaan tak ke tum raat ke shuru mein apne ghar daakhil ho sako, taake jiski aurat ke baal bikhre hain wo apne baal sanwaar sake, aur jiski aurat ka shohar door raha ho wo apne baal saaf kar sake.'
