Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave his verdict about two ladies of the Hudhail tribe who had fought each other and one of them had hit the other with a stone. The stone hit her `Abdomen and as she was pregnant, the blow killed the child in her womb. They both filed their case with the Prophet (ﷺ) and he judged that the blood money for what was in her womb. was a slave or a female slave. The guardian of the lady who was fined said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Shall I be fined for a creature that has neither drunk nor eaten, neither spoke nor cried? A case like that should be nullified." On that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "This is one of the brothers of soothsayers
Abu Huraira bataate hain: Allah ke Rasool (SAW) ne Hudhail qabeele ki do khawaateen ke baare mein faisla diya jo aapas mein lad gayi thin, aur unmein se ek ne doosri ko patthar se maara tha. Patthar uske pet par laga, aur chunke wo hamila thi, is chot se uske garbh mein bacha mar gaya. Dono ne Nabi (SAW) ke paas apna maamla rakha, aur unhone faisla diya ke garbh mein maare gaye bacche ka khoon-bahaa ek ghulaam ya launDi hai. Jurmaana bharne wali khaatoon ke sarparast ne kaha, 'Aye Allah ke Rasool! Kya mujhpar ek aisi jaan ke liye jurmaana lagaya jaayega jisne na khaaya na piya, na bola na roya? Aisa maamla to rad karna chaahiye.' Isper Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya, 'Ye (aadmi) unhi jyotishiyon ke bhaiyon mein se ek hai.'
