Sahih al-Bukhari 6105

Hadith text

Narrated Thabit bin Ad-Dahhak:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever swears by a religion other than Islam (i.e. if he swears by saying that he is a non-Muslim in case he is telling a lie), then he is as he says if his oath is false and whoever commits suicide with something, will be punished with the same thing in the (Hell) fire, and cursing a believer is like murdering him, and whoever accuses a believer of disbelief, then it is as if he had killed him

Thabit bin Ad-Dahhak bataate hain: Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya, 'Jo koi Islam ke ilaawa kisi aur deen ki qasam khaaye (yaani agar wo kahe ke wo gair-Musalmaan hai jhoot bolne ki soorat mein), to wo waisa hi hai agar uski qasam jhoothi hai, aur jo koi kisi cheez se khud ko qatl kare, use Jahannam mein usi cheez se saza di jaayegi, aur kisi Momin par laanat bhejna aisa hai jaise use qatl kar diya ho, aur jo kisi Momin par Kufr ka ilzaam lagaaye, to ye aisa hai jaise usne use qatl kiya.'
