Hadith text
Narrated `Ali:While we were sitting with the Prophet (ﷺ) who had a stick with which he was scraping the earth, he lowered his head and said, "There is none of you but has his place assigned either in the Fire or in Paradise." Thereupon a man from the people said, "Shall we not depend upon this, O Allah's Apostle?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No, but carry on and do your deeds, for everybody finds it easy to do such deeds (as will lead him to his place)." The Prophet (ﷺ) then recited the Verse: 'As for him who gives (in charity) and keeps his duty to Allah
Ali bataate hain: Jab hum Nabi (SAW) ke saath baithe the aur unke paas ek lakdi thi jisse wo zameen khurach rahe the, unhone apna sar neeche kiya aur kaha, 'Tum mein se koi bhi aisa nahi hai jiski jagah muqarrar na ki gayi ho, ya to Aag mein ya Jannat mein.' Isper logon mein se ek shaks ne kaha, 'To kya hum isi par bharosa na karein, Aye Allah ke Rasool?' Nabi (SAW) ne kaha, 'Nahi, balke amaal karte raho, kyunke har kisi ko wo amaal aasaan lagenge (jo use uski muqarrar jagah tak le jaayenge).' Phir Nabi (SAW) ne ye Aayat padhi: 'Jo koi (sadqe mein) deta hai aur Allah se darta hai...'
