Hadith text
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Al-Ka`ba'ir (the biggest sins) are: To join others (as partners) in worship with Allah, to be undutiful to one's parents," or said, "to take a false oath." (The sub-narrator, Shu`ba is not sure) Mu`adh said: Shu`ba said, "Al-Ka`ba'ir (the biggest sins) are: (1) Joining others as partners in worship with Allah, (2) to take a false oath (3) and to be undutiful to one's parents," or said, "to murder (someone unlawfully)
Abdullah bin Amr bataate hain: Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya, 'Al-Kaba'ir (sabse bade gunaah) hain: Allah ke saath doosron ko shareek thehraana, maa-baap ke saath badsuluki karna,' ya kaha, 'jhoothi qasam khaana.' (Ravi Shu'ba ko yaqeen nahi.) Mu'adh kehte hain: Shu'ba ne kaha, 'Al-Kaba'ir (sabse bade gunaah) hain: (1) Allah ke saath doosron ko shareek thehraana, (2) jhoothi qasam khaana, (3) aur maa-baap ke saath badsuluki karna,' ya kaha, 'kisi ko na-jaayez taur par qatl karna.'
