Hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أُرِيتُكِ فِي الْمَنَامِ مَرَّتَيْنِ، إِذَا رَجُلٌ يَحْمِلُكِ فِي سَرَقَةِ حَرِيرٍ فَيَقُولُ هَذِهِ امْرَأَتُكَ. فَأَكْشِفُهَا فَإِذَا هِيَ أَنْتِ فَأَقُولُ إِنْ يَكُنْ هَذَا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ يُمْضِهِ ".
Narrated `Aisha:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said (to me), "You were shown to me twice in (my) dream. Behold, a man was carrying you in a silken piece of cloth and said to me, "She is your wife, so uncover her,' and behold, it was you. I would then say (to myself), 'If this is from Allah, then it must happen
Aisha bataati hain: Allah ke Rasool (SAW) ne (mujhse) kaha, 'Tum mujhe (mere) khwaab mein do baar dikhaayi gayi. Dekho, ek aadmi tumhein resham ke kapde mein lekar aa raha tha aur mujhse kaha, "Ye tumhaari biwi hai, isliye ise be-parda karo," aur dekho, wo tum thi. Main (khud se) kehta, "Agar ye Allah ki taraf se hai, to ye zaroor hoga."'
