Hadith text
Narrated Al-Mughira bin Shu`ba:Nobody asked the Prophet (ﷺ) as many questions as I asked regarding Ad-Dajjal. The Prophet (ﷺ) said to me, "What worries you about him?" I said, "Because the people say that he will have a mountain of bread and a river of water with him (i.e. he will have abundance of food and water)" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Nay, he is too mean to be allowed such a thing by Allah"' (but it is only to test mankind whether they believe in Allah or in Ad-Dajjal)
Al-Mughira bin Shu'ba bataate hain: Kisi ne Nabi (SAW) se itne sawaal Ad-Dajjal ke baare mein nahi poochhe jitne maine poochhe. Nabi (SAW) ne mujhse kaha, 'Tumhein uske baare mein kis baat ki fikr hai?' Maine kaha, 'Kyunke log kehte hain ke uske saath roti ka ek pahaad aur paani ki ek nadi hogi (yaani uske paas bahut zyaada khaana aur paani hoga).' Nabi (SAW) ne kaha, 'Nahi, wo Allah ki taraf se aisi cheez paane ke laayak nahi hai' (magar ye sirf insaaniyat ki azmaaish ke liye hai ke wo Allah par Iman rakhte hain ya Ad-Dajjal par).
