Hadith text

Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:We were in the company of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and we assumed the state of Ihram of Hajj and arrived at Mecca on the fourth of Dhul-Hijja. The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered us to perform the Tawaf around the Ka`ba and (Sa`i) between As-Safa and Al-Marwa and use our Ihram just for `Umra, and finish the state of Ihram unless we had our Hadi with us. None of us had the Hadi with him except the Prophet (ﷺ) and Talha. `Ali came from Yemen and brought the Hadi with him. `Ali said, 'I had assumed the state of Ihram with the same intention as that with which Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had assumed it. The people said, "How can we proceed to Mina and our male organs are dribbling?" Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If I had formerly known what I came to know latterly, I would not have brought the Hadi, and had there been no Hadi with me, I would have finished my Ihram." Suraqa (bin Malik) met the Prophet (ﷺ) while he was throwing pebbles at the Jamrat-Al-`Aqaba, and asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Is this (permitted) for us only?" The Prophet (ﷺ) replied. "No, it is forever" `Aisha had arrived at Mecca while she was menstruating, therefore the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered her to perform all the ceremonies of Hajj except the Tawaf around the Ka`ba, and not to perform her prayers unless and until she became clean . When they encamped at Al-Batha, `Aisha said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! You are proceeding after performing both Hajj and `Umra while I am proceeding with Hajj only?" So the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered `Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Bakr As-Siddiq to go with her to at-Tan`im, and so she performed the `Umra in Dhul-Hijja after the days of the Hajj

Jabir bin Abdullah bataate hain: Hum Allah ke Rasool (SAW) ki sohbat mein the aur humne Hajj ka Ihram baandha aur Zul-Hijja ki chauthi taareekh ko Makkah pahunche. Nabi (SAW) ne humein hukm diya ke hum Kaaba ka Tawaf karein aur Safa aur Marwa ke beech Sa'i karein aur apne Ihram ko sirf Umra ke liye maanein aur apna Ihram khatam kar dein, siwaaye un logon ke jinke paas Hadi ho. Hum mein se kisi ke paas Hadi nahi tha siwaaye Nabi (SAW) aur Talha ke. Ali Yemen se aaye aur apne saath Hadi laaye. Ali ne kaha, 'Maine wahi niyat leke Ihram baandha jaisi niyat se Allah ke Rasool (SAW) ne bandha tha.' Logon ne kaha, 'Hum Mina kaise jaayein jabke hamare mardana ansho se abhi tapak rahi hai (yaani hum abhi Ihram khatam kar chuke hain)?' Allah ke Rasool (SAW) ne kaha, 'Agar mujhe pehle wo pata hota jo mujhe baad mein pata chala, to main Hadi na laata, aur agar mere saath Hadi na hota, to main bhi apna Ihram khatam kar deta.' Suraqa (bin Malik) Nabi (SAW) se mile jabke wo Jamrat-ul-Aqaba par kankar maar rahe the, aur pucha, 'Aye Allah ke Rasool! Kya ye (ijaazat) sirf hamare liye hai?' Nabi (SAW) ne jawab diya, 'Nahi, ye hamesha ke liye hai.' Aisha Makkah pahunchi thi jabke wo haiz (mahwaari) mein thi, isliye Nabi (SAW) ne unhein hukm diya ke wo Hajj ke sab amaal karein siwaaye Kaaba ke Tawaf ke, aur apni namaz na padhein jab tak wo paak na ho jaayein. Jab wo Al-Batha mein pad-aao daale, Aisha ne kaha, 'Aye Allah ke Rasool! Aap Hajj aur Umra dono karke jaa rahe hain jabke main sirf Hajj karke jaa rahi hoon?' To Nabi (SAW) ne Abdur Rahman bin Abu Bakr As-Siddiq ko hukm diya ke wo unke saath At-Tan'im jaayein, aur unhone Zul-Hijja mein, Hajj ke dinon ke baad, Umra ki.
