Hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيْسَ مِنْ نَفْسٍ تُقْتَلُ ظُلْمًا إِلاَّ كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ الأَوَّلِ كِفْلٌ مِنْهَا ـ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ سُفْيَانُ مِنْ دَمِهَا ـ لأَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ أَوَّلاً ".
Narrated `Abdullah:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "None is killed unjustly, but the first son of Adam will have a part of its burden." Sufyan said, "..a part of its blood because he was the first to establish the tradition of murdering
Abdullah bataate hain: Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya, 'Koi bhi na-jaayez taur par qatl nahi kiya jaata, magar Aadam ke pehle bete par is jurm ki kuch zimmedaari padti hai.' Sufyan ne kaha, '...yaani uske khoon ka kuch bojh, kyunke wo pehle shaks the jinhone qatl ki riwaayat qaayam ki.'
